Typography of Bryan Patrick Todd
Louisville, Kentucky based graphic designer Bryan has a simple approach with a strong emphasis on typography and illustrated elements. It’s clear to say he knows what he’s doing when it comes to typography with clean illustrations and great colours.
The brief, set by the International Society of Typographical Designers (ISTD), was to typographically explore the theme of fakery. This submission explored the fascinating parallels between the processes of cosmetic fakery in both the human body and typography. It was awarded with a merit. The publication was aimed at designers and typographers although it intends to be deceivingly medical related. It aims to entertain and educate the reader about typography. The two themes offer many similarities in ideas, language and imagery. These were exploited to create the final content, aesthetic and physical object which was finally bound using a sewing machine to reference medical stitching.
Special production finishes included binding, embossing, perforating, mixing of stocks and silver foiling. Only the bespoke silver foiling was outsourced.

SSX Deadly Decent Typography
My most played game of all time is probably SSX 3 for the GameCube, so back when I heard that they were releasing a new SSX game I got really excited. But sadly I never was able to play it because I’m a PC gamer without a Console :(
